Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of visitors to the tiukon.ru website (the “Site”) is processed and protected.

1. Operator

The personal data operator is Konstantin Aleksandrovich Tiunov, a natural person (the “Operator”). Contact for data protection enquiries: i@tiukos.ru.

2. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, on the basis of the data subject’s consent (art. 6(1)(1)) and the Operator’s legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site (art. 6(1)(5)).

3. What data is processed

• cookies and technical browser data;
• IP address, device, operating system and browser information;
• on-site behaviour collected by the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics service, including the Webvisor technology (navigation, clicks, scrolling, time on page);
• data the visitor voluntarily provides when contacting the Operator by email, by phone or through messengers (name, contact details, the content of the enquiry, information about the company and the brief).

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data. The Operator does not take decisions producing legal effects concerning the data subject solely on the basis of automated processing.

4. Purposes of processing

• operation and security of the Site;
• traffic and behaviour analysis, improving the Site’s content and usability;
• responding to enquiries addressed to the Operator.

5. Processors acting on the Operator’s instructions

Web analytics is performed on the Operator’s instructions by Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica). Processing takes place on servers located in the Russian Federation. Processing terms are published at yandex.ru/legal. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

If a visitor contacts the Operator through a messenger (including Telegram), processing inside the messenger itself is carried out by its owner as an independent party and is governed by that party’s own terms; the Operator neither controls nor is responsible for such processing. The Operator processes only the information the visitor has sent directly.

6. Cookies and consent

Non-essential cookies and web analytics (including Webvisor) are enabled only after the visitor has given consent through the consent banner. A visitor may decline non-essential cookies — the Site continues to work. Consent may be withdrawn by clearing cookies in the browser or by sending a request to the Operator.

7. Retention periods

Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require, and in any case no longer than 3 years from the visitor’s last interaction with the Site, or until consent is withdrawn. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, to withdraw consent, and to appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court. To exercise these rights, send a request to i@tiukos.ru. A response is provided within the periods set by articles 14 and 20 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ — as a rule within 10 working days of receipt of the request, extendable by no more than 5 working days with notice to the applicant.

9. Protection measures

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking and other unlawful acts, including transmission over the secure HTTPS protocol.

10. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page. Version of 1 August 2026.
